Each team will have 1 practice before the season. This will be the only practice of the season. Please see your age group's schedule page for your team’s practice time (found under "GameCentre" along the top menu bar).

Teams will play every Saturday and Sunday (EXCEPTIONS: No games Easter or Victoria Day (May 2-4) long weekends and the odd time where there is an existing weekend booking with the arena – games will be made up on weekdays).
Junior and Intermediate teams will play at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm or 2pm. Senior games are played at 3pm and 4pm. Detailed schedules will be posted in the schedules tab of the website before the season starts.

All games take place at West Ferris Arena unless otherwise noted. You will receive an email prior to the start of the season to notify you of which team you are on.

2 league-appointed referees and a timekeeper will officiate games, which are 3 periods (10/10/12) stop-time. Mercy rule (running time) is in effect for a differential of 5 goals in the 3rd period. A win is 2 points, a loss is 0 points. Tied games during the regular season will remain a tie (1 point each).
